Role Description
Weβre helping our client, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer apparel brand, find a Photo & Video Editor to support high-volume creative production across eCommerce, social, and paid media channels.
In this role, youβll be responsible for editing and optimizing still and motion content while working closely with Creative and Marketing teams to produce conversion-focused visuals that align with the client brand identity. This position sits at the intersection of creativity and performance and requires speed, precision, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

Photo Editing & Image Optimization

Edit and retouch product, lifestyle, and UGC imagery for website, email, social, and paid ads

Perform color correction, lighting adjustments, background cleanup, and image optimization

Prepare and export images to meet platform-specific requirements (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, eCommerce)

Transform raw content from professional shoots and UGC into polished, conversion-focused assets

Organize, tag, manage, and archive a large volume of image assets

Video Editing & Motion Content

Edit short-form video content for paid social, organic social, and eCommerce (ads, reels, TikToks, UGC)

Cut, color-correct, caption, and optimize videos for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube

Adapt long-form footage into multiple short-form variations for creative testing

Apply brand-consistent pacing, motion, and hooks to improve engagement and performance

Export videos in platform-specific formats, following best practices and specs

Creative Collaboration & Performance

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, art directors, copywriters, and marketers

Use performance data to iterate on creative and test variations

Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing creative testing with quick turnarounds

Stay up to date on emerging editing tools, AI workflows, and platform trends
Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Photo/Video Editor and Retoucher, or similar role

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

Strong understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, and digital image optimization

Experience creating high-performing creative for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Ability to handle high-volume output while maintaining attention to detail

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills

Creative eye paired with a performance-driven mindset
Requirements

Experience in DTC, apparel, or eCommerce

Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects

Experience working with UGC-based creative

Portfolio of previous work
